what's cooking



Simple Korean glass jelly noodles. With all the ingredients above, I first boiled the noodles, drained and tossed them in a bowl with sesame oil and soy sauce. Then stir fry all the rest of the ingredients with lots of garlic, more sesame oil and soy sauce and a little bit of sugar and salt for taste. Tossed everything together, a simple delicious weeknight meal. nom nom nom....
